Job Description :

- New Business Development for Mobile/Web Development and Designs, etc.

- Lead generation, exploring the newer market strategies, and making agents to foreign countries To prospect for new clients by LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients

- Research and build relationships with new clients.

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and companies practice leaders/Principals.

- Participate in pricing the solution/service.

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the companies- people and capabilities.

- Should have proper technical experience of working on various lead generation tools.

- Experience in preparing a business proposal.

- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals

- Strong Analytical, technical, sales & marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills

- Excellent communication in English, having the experience to deal with foreign clients

- Writing Proposal / Costing / Negotiations/prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package

- Adept in International Client Handling

- Must have Excellent Communication (written/verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills

Lead Management :

- You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels (LinkedIn (Mainly), Facebook and Google. etc. ).

Here are the detailed tasks :

- Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.

- Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.

- Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software or Spreadsheet.
