Job description for Sales Manager

Reporting to: CEO

Position: Full-time

Objective: Drive sales of in selling mobility devices to people with special needs.

Major Deliverables :

1. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

2. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully coordinating with the product team

3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the team

5. Set up distribution channels across various locations in India to amplify reach

6. Identify channel partners and undertake promotional activities through them

7. Demonstrate product to end users

8. Undertake tender works floated by Social welfare departments of various state governments & private organisations

Qualification & Experience :

- BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the mobility space

- People skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, ability to bring all views together on common platform

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Proficient in English & Hindi (writing & speaking skills)

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Desired Attributes:

- Possess a Motorcycle or a Scooter for travel within the city of Mumbai

- Ability to handle a team of sales executives in due course of time as the business expands

CTC:

- Commensurate with experience and competitive

- Includes stock options in addition to Salary and Sales Incentives
