Job Description :
- Participate in client calls, internal calls with the On-shore team, on a need-to-know basis, to understand and translate the directions for complex/new approaches or analysis.
- Strategize and formulate implementable road maps for solving client challenges in digital marketing
- To develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO).
- Able to coordinate with different teams (content, design, CRO, etc.) to get the work going.
- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and report performance KPI
- Own project goals and drive the outcomes/results with the help of the solution teams
- Work on client solutioning and pre-sales requirement in SEO
- Bring through leadership in new tools, techniques and updates in the SEO
- Keep pace with SEO, Google updates, and internet marketing industry trends and development
- Provide guidance to the team members in terms of strategy and regular deliverables to add values.
- Formulate and use standard methods, frameworks and artefacts to ensure quality standards of all deliverables.
Desired Skills :
- B. Tech/ MBA
- SEO/SEM
- Good communications skills and experience in handling client communication.
- Experience in handling multiple projects.
- Experience in managing a team of 4+ people
- Minimum of 4+ years of SEO industry experience
- Experience in keyword research, content design, technical analysis, paid campaign management and reporting.
- Experience with tools like GSC, SEMRush, Ahrefs
- Should be able to work on reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Data studio would be an additional benefits
