Indbank Global Support Services - Area Head - Digital Banking Adoption (3-5 yrs)
The Area Head of Digital Banking Adoption Services will be responsible for managing and overseeing digital adoption initiatives within their specific region. This role involves leading a regional team, implementing strategies to onboard customers onto the bank's digital products, increasing digital adoption rates, and expanding the digital business within the assigned region. The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of digital banking, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Regional Leadership :
- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive digital adoption in alignment with national goals.
- Set performance targets for the region and ensure alignment with the bank's digital business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support regional Team Leaders and Digital Banking Champions.
Program Implementation :
- Oversee the execution of digital adoption programs and campaigns within the region.
- Ensure effective resource deployment to maximize customer onboarding and digital product usage.
- Monitor and assess program performance, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
Team Management :
- Manage a regional team, including Team Leaders and Digital Banking Champions.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital adoption strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with local bank branches, regional offices, and the national headquarters of Indian Bank
- Represent the region in meetings and conferences, providing updates and insights on regional performance.
Performance Tracking :
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption in the region.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Customer Focus :
- Advocate for a customer centric approach in all regional digital adoption activities.
- Address customer feedback and issues promptly to enhance service quality.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience with digital products.
Innovation and Improvement :
- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance digital adoption in the region.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the region competitive.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Oversight :
- Assist in preparing and managing the regional budget for Digital Banking Adoption Services.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals and constraints.
- Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks related to digital adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
