Incuspaze Solutions - Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales (4-10 yrs)
The Enterprise Sales Lead will be responsible for scaling the business across new markets and generate a robust pipeline with leading domestic & multinational companies
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building & growth in the pipeline that converts to incremental revenues
2. Understand target companies business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate value proposition at the executive level
3. Map prospective Enterprise & Strategic Growth accounts around organizational structure, people and potential real estate/workplace needs
4. Collaborate with marketing team to develop enterprise marketing collateral and messaging
5. Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business
6. Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
7. Manage high-level conversations with CXOs and attend industry events to represent Incuspaze
8. Research and build new accounts
Requirements :
1. Extensive enterprise sales experience, with a history of outperforming targets
2. Technology, Financial Services, Management Consulting or Real Estate experience ideal
3. Demonstrated ability of continuously increase the effectiveness, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
4. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
5. Highly focused on numbers and process
6. Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
