Responsibilities and Duties :
- Successful lead generation & conversions through different channels - IPCs, Local Brokers, Partnerships and Direct Company deals,
- Relationship management with Client Company's key decision-makers & their onboarding
- Building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers by attending networking events
- Updating CRM with leads and sale pipeline records
- Cross-Selling - Up Selling to existing Clients
- Existing Client Expansion
- Conducting site tours and on-boarding
- Maintaining 100% occupancy and achieving sales targets
Qualifications and Skills :
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
