Incuspaze Solutions - Lead - Enterprise Sales (4-12 yrs)
The Enterprise Sales Lead will be responsible for scaling the business across new markets and generate a robust pipeline with leading domestic & multinational companies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support sales opportunities that lead to pitches, engagement, relationship building & growth in the pipeline that converts to incremental revenues
- Understand target companies business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate value proposition at the executive level
- Map prospective Enterprise & Strategic Growth accounts around organizational structure, people and potential real estate/workplace needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop enterprise marketing collateral and messaging
- Ensure operational excellence in the day-to-day management of the business
- Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage high-level conversations with CXOs and attend industry events to represent Incuspaze
- Research and build new accounts
Requirements:
- Extensive enterprise sales experience, with a history of outperforming targets
- Technology, Financial Services, Management Consulting or Real Estate experience ideal
- Demonstrated ability of continuously increase the effectiveness, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Highly focused on numbers and process
- Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
