Incuspaze - Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
- We are looking to hire an experienced customer-oriented sales professional to utilize outbound calls to achieve sales targets. The Presales professional's responsibilities will include selling our coworking office spaces to potential corporate clients and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
- To be successful as a sales professional, you would need to be persuasive and should be able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Presales professional should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service and presentation skills.
Minimum Experience : 1+ years
CTC : As per industry norms
Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Initiate outgoing calls to corporate clients / brokers.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Providing our customers with information about our office spaces and services.
- Understand customer requirements and respond in an effective and efficient manner.
- Listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- Ensure customer follow-ups are done on a timely basis.
- Generate more leads from the people you've spoken with.
- Update the database on daily basis
- Mentoring/handling a couple of executives/interns.
- Data stacking in CBDs - once a week.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a Customer support/sales role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to handle and assist different personality types
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
