- Selling products, pre-packaged services to key accounts of Incture
- Building & managing customer relationships with Business & IT stakeholders
- Envisioning and creating new opportunities within existing and new businesses
- Owning order booking, pipeline, receivables and customer satisfaction
- Map the customer organization, reach out to new business units
- Manage end to end lead gen, sales and RFI/RFP processes. Lead financial and contract terms negotiation and outsourcing strategy for clients
- Client Relationship Management; engage with CxO, VP and Director level stakeholders
- Business Pipeline Management, Account planning
- Account forecasting and budgeting, managing account operations, manage overall P&L
- Manage risks and issues related to the account, including delivery oversight
