InCruiter - Manager - Business Development (3-8 yrs)
You will be responsible for :
1. Developing business development strategy to grow InCruiters three business segments :
- Employers (Manpower Requirements)
- Vendors (Manpower Staffing Agencies & Freelance Recruiters)
- Interviewer's (Technical/Non-Technical Subject Matter Experts)
2. Identifying potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
3. Developing relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
4. Creating contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
5. Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
6. Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure contracted specifications are executed on time and as agreed
7. Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
8. Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company services
9. Supporting recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff
What Makes You A Great Fit ?
1. Bachelor's degree in business or management
2. Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Working experience with sales techniques
5. Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
6. Proven ability to plan and manage resource
7. Ability to deliver presentations
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including word, excel and PowerPoint
