Who is our customer:
Incremint has created a unique offline to online model for democratizing access to financial products & services through its tech first approach. At Incremint we have 2 divergent client pools - influencers & end-users. In a short span of time Incremint has onboarded 3,000+ influencers and 12000+ end-users.
About the role:
You are expected to make informed revenue-driven decisions and leverage data-driven insights to drive ROI. The primary KPIs for the role are - Customer Satisfaction, Revenue Retention and Account Growth. You would be working directly with the CEO and leading projects that span across teams - technology, product, outreach & operations.
Prior experience in product management and/ or marketing automation and/ or marketing analytics would be an advantage.
Job responsibilities:
- Leading initiatives to enhance customer journeys, implement marketing automation, and to improve the effectiveness of the sales delivery process.
- Champion the customer journey, including but not limited to welcoming new customers, engaging existing customers, reducing drop-offs in the journey, re-engaging with old customers, managing the customer relationship through ongoing renewals (let's never lose them!)
- Conduct quality reviews of & course correct with regard to customer engagement delivery.
- Educate customers on existing and new products, thereby improving the cross-sales quotient
- Meet or exceed customer retention goals for assigned customers through planning proactive engagement
- Lead special projects and collaborate with internal teams on projects, programs and tasks.
