About This Role :

- As a head of Marketing you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, through improved sales and strengthening our market position. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract customers, enhance brand awareness Internally and externally, and promote our range of services in respective entity divisions.

Job Responsibilities :

- Delivering brand and business outcomes by designing and executing brand plans, activations and delivering innovation to strengthen brand preference with Consumers

- Lead, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Strategize and lead partnerships with Marketing Agencies Agents/Brokers

- Evaluate competition market strategy and design innovative ideas to keep us ahead on the business revenue planning

- Develop Strategies for B2B & B2C Marketing

- Manage Lead gen via Digital and Offline Channels

- Develop and implement a marketing communications plan that supports the growth strategy.

- Manage Media and Partners, across various cities and various channels - Offline and Online

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to drive continuous improvement and optimize revenue generation.

- Create compelling brand communication plans and campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL, on-website, social media, and offline branding, Social media

- Lead the creation of marketing assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively represent the brand.

Job requirement :

- Post Graduate studies in Business Management/ marketing.

- Proven experience in building sustainable brands

- Minimum of 8-13 years of experience in core Brand and digital marketing.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies, resulting in business growth and increased market share.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and represent the Entity effectively.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, brand marketing strategies and tools, with experience in executing successful campaigns across various online and offline platforms

- Must have Strong analytical and creative skills

- Should have an entrepreneurial growth mindset.
