IncNut - Manager - Search Engine Optimization/Affiliate Marketing (5-8 yrs)
Roles & Key Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge in Affiliate Marketing is mandatory.
- Prior experience in working with Amazon Affiliate is a plus.
- Manage a team of SEO/Affiliate Executives, ensuring maximum ROI is achieved.
- Train up a team of SEO/Affiliate Executives to ensure their knowledge is up to date and accurate.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
- Formulate new strategies that increase inbound Organic traffic.
- Good knowledge and execution skills in tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Amazon Affiliate, SemRush, Ahrefs, Junglescout, ScreamingFrog, Moz, etc.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, and expansion.
- Review technical SEO issues and recommended fixes.
- Recommend changes to website design, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Work with the editorial team to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing.
- Monthly Planning & Execution & set measurable goals for team members.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand up/downs.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
