Incharge/Executive - Business Development - Pharma (2-18 yrs)
Role Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development professional who will be responsible for conducting Outreach OPDs and implement a strong referral doctor connect program with a revenue target
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. To achieve volume targets for patients for Fertility:
- To set-up and manage a strong referral doctor connect program amongst obstetrics and gynae doctors
- Expand the brand presence by penetrating new markets through sales activities like camps & community connect programs. Plan and implement a strong BTL activity calendar.
- Endeavour is to drive growth, in walk-ins/footfalls
2. To collect, collate and share market and competition feedback on vitals parameters like pricing, promotional strategies and offers in the market, and suggest plan to achieve the desired revenue and market share as per business plan
3. Daily Sales planning and Reporting
4. Smooth coordination and relationship management between our doctors and referring doctors
5. Revenue target orientation
6. Territory Community activations
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Atleast 2 years Pharma sales (preferable IVF or IUI drug / medicine sales) experience targeting obstetrics and Gynecology doctors OR Fertility doctors
- OR, Atleast 2 years of experience of handling retail sales AND outreach BTL camps/ activities for patients for an IVF clinic chain of national reputed
