Job Title: Call Center In-Charge - Customer Service
Job Description:
- Churning of Investor data to arrive at call lists for suitable campaigns.
- Writing scripts for call centre executives based on available product information and campaign requirements.
- Co-ordination with the respective branches and business centers for data and service requests
- Regular tracking of centre efficiency by way of tracking sales from the centre and bench marking of cost efficiency
- Training centre executives on products and market happenings.
Key Skills: - Experience in customer service is essential.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective Communication Skills (PAN India co-ordination will be required for this job)
- Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Language Proficiency (English - Diction and Grammar should impeccable & Hindi - Speaking proficiency)
Salary: INR 600000 - 1000000
