Incentius - Marketing Consultant (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a passionate marketing professional who will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, marketing campaigns and drive coordination of the pre-sales activities for all of our business offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and the Management Team in all the marketing projects. This will provide an opportunity to own a wide variety of marketing initiatives and collaborate with our teams to understand business requirements and develop commercial proposals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and execute digital marketing activities by working closely with the leadership, internal marketing team and marketing related vendor agencies
- Understanding different marketing channels, market segmentation, target market identification, and deploy marketing strategies accordingly in B2B space
- Manage and review campaigns, and assist the team to implement best practice wherever required to achieve the set goals
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of all marketing content
- Research for new strategies, clients, and industries for increasing our marketing outreach and the effectiveness of new/existing marketing programs and procedures.
- Articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients
- Supporting the sales team with secondary research on the prospect before sales calls
- Active participation in Sales calls to understand the space and apply learnings in Marketing
- Manage and mentor junior members in the team
Required Skills and qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
- Prior work experience of minimum 2 years preferably in B2B industry
- Sound knowledge of all marketing concepts - strategies, channels, market segmentation, market research, and analysis techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS-PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, tools, and methodologies in Marketing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills-from planning and setting deadlines to execution and lessons learned
- Aptitude for understanding different business modules along with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Problem-solving ability with an approach to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
- Comfortable working with Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and take ownership and responsibility of deliverables
