Presales Executive
Job Description :
- We are looking for an individual who will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to understand business requirements and develop commercial proposals. The Pre-Sales Executive would be required to understand client requirements quickly, develop solutions with the help of the leadership team, research on different industries, and drive coordination of the pre-sales activities. He/she would be required to communicate industry, technical and product knowledge via good written, verbal and presentation skills. This individual should have good business acumen.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare proposals and pitches for business
- Preparing presentations, proposals and quotations for prospective clients
- Create and provide demo presentations of our products and services to potential clients
- Follow up with prospective clients in regards to their requirements, and feedback on proposals
- Coordinate with prospective clients- stakeholders and rest of our internal stakeholders for process compliance purposes
- Responding to RFP queries
- Submit responses to proposals, take follow ups and then close it
- Understand the needs of market and share the insights and new trends with the Sales and marketing team
- Research clients and industries to support our marketing outreach
- Maintain a repository of marketing/sales material, proposals, product demos, RFP standard replies, etc.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns
- Articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users
- Support the sales team to manage customer interactions
- Product trials and POC's management
- Initial Product/solution presentation and demonstration
- Provide detailed specifications and SOW for customer requests / new requirements
Required Skills and qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing
- Good understanding of B2B business interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS-PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable working with MS-Word, MS-Excel
- Sharp eye for details
- Research mindset to learn about new industries and business models
