Incentius - Executive - Lead Generation (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Executive to work with our Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. He/ She will be responsible to generate leads and arrange meetings for sales teams through multi-channel outreach.
Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Responsible for Qualified Leads target achievement from the allocated geography.
2. Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
3. Should make outbound calls on a daily basis to allocated target list
4. Should be able to convert cold calls to new business leads
5. Should be able to perform research about the target market during lead generation activities
6. Should be diligent in updating contact, lead and opportunity information in CRM systems and other internal communication channels.
7. Follow-up on inbound organic and inorganic leads from lead generation pages/campaigns.
8. Achieve the agreed target through different channels available to generate the leads.
9. Leverage LinkedIn's services to research and reach out to potential clients
10. Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead / demand generation
11. Research to develop company & contact lists, curate email databases
12. Provide engaging and relevant information about our brands to potential customers
13. Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their BANT levels. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
14. Should be comfortable using the social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, SEO optimization, etc. for lead generation
15. Should be proficient in communicating professionally with potential customers on the phone, email, phone conferencing, and in person to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.
16. Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.
17. Should have good knowledge of Email marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Marketing) is a plus
2. Experience- 2-3 years in Lead Generation
3. Experience in B2B Software Industry
4. Good communication skills verbal as well as written is must
5. Good knowledge of LinkedIn
6. Willing to work in office daily
7. Candidate should be confident, able to navigate and convince the decision makers, performance oriented and flexible at work
8. Understanding of digital marketing concepts
9. Comfortable working in different time zones to connect with our target audience
