We need immediate joiners for Inbound tech process for sales.
Summary:
- Resolving issues for customers who has a problem is the computer related to software issues which would be for windows and mac computer or any other devices.
- Candidates with Good computer Knowledge and should have the ability to solve issues like troubleshooting Computer issues like Windows OS, Mac OS software related issues like antivirus, troubleshooting issues for software problems in Iphone, Ipad and solving issues in Printers, Routers any Apple Mac or Windows devices,also he/she should know how to show EVENTVWR, INF, NETSAT, PREFETCH, ETC AND THEN HAS TAKEN REMOTE ACCESS CAN APPLY.

- Salary is credited 1st of every month.
Fixed salary offered between 15,000 to 25,000 depending on experience.
