Inbound Sales/Telecalling Role - Automobile (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle Inbound Sales Calls : Attend to incoming inquiries from customers over the phone, providing information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.

- Lead Conversion : Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and closing deals effectively.

- Customer Engagement : Build strong relationships with prospective customers by providing timely and accurate information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

- Sales Target Achievement : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving inbound sales and maximizing opportunities from each customer interaction.

- Follow-up : Maintain consistent follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversion and customer retention.

- CRM Management : Record all customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

- Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's automobile products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

- Customer Feedback : Gather and report customer feedback to assist in improving products, services, and sales strategies.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management and sales operations.

Key Skills and Competencies :

- Proven experience of 4-6 years in inbound sales or telecalling, preferably within the automobile industry.

- Strong sales conversion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and provide outstanding customer service.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management systems.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications :

- Experience in a sales or telecalling role, preferably in the automobile industry.

- Strong knowledge of automobile products and industry-specific customer needs.
