Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service and high quality experience and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Take accountability to learn and understand about the company products inside and out.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements :
- Effective communication, Interpersonal skills and confident speaking skills.
- Knowledge and understanding on partner/customer experience metrics i.e NPS, CSAT etc.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and deal with partners/customers.
- Comfortable with multitask, prioritization and time management.
- Must have strong customer service aptitude with the ability to resolve problems and escalated issues.
Qualifications / Eligibility :
- Experience working with customer support with minimum of one year in financial services or loan operations
- Strong problem solving and judgment skills.
- Knowing Multiple languages will be an added advantage - Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, etc
- Experience with loans systems & CRM such as leads square, Freshdesk, Livechat Etc
- Previous experience in inbound call, Live chat and Email/Ticket team handling management.
