Inbound Sales Role - IT (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities-
- Generate sales opportunities through targeted Inbound campaigns, Email campaigns, mainly focusing on Linkedin campaigning
- Use a strong research-backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high-quality sales-qualified leads
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team
- Report to the sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior experience in InBound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in saas sales is preferred)
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Candidate Must Haves :
- Experience in B2B market-
- Well versed with SAAS platform
- Minimum 3years Cold calling experience
- Minimum 3years Lead Generation experience
- Well versed with inside sales process
Additional Guidelines :
- Interview Process - 2 rounds
- Reporting to Sales Dev Manager
- Work from office
- Work timings : 9am to 7pm

Salary: - 1,000,000.00 - 1,621,772.04 per year
