As an Inbound Sales Representative in the hospitality industry, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by converting inbound inquiries into bookings and reservations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective guests who reach out via phone, email, or online channels, and guide them through the booking process. This role requires a passion for hospitality, strong sales skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally, providing personalized assistance to prospective guests.
- Build report with guests by actively listening to their needs and preferences, and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
- Utilize knowledge of available accommodations, amenities, and special offers to effectively upsell and cross-sell to guests.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, packages, and booking policies.
- Assist guests with selecting the most suitable accommodations and amenities based on their preferences and budget.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations, front desk, and concierge, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Follow up with guests to confirm bookings, provide additional information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property's features, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates, average booking value, and customer satisfaction scores.
