Inbound Sales Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Looking For (Inbound) Experienced Candidates in leading BPO company of Kolkata.
Our Client is an American business services company specializing in Customer engagement and business performance.
Required :
1. Excellent English communication skills.
2. Candidates should have minimum 1 yr experience in International BPO Sales Process/Inbound Process.
3. Computer knowledge
4. Should be smart & have convincing skills
5. Comfortable to work in night shift
Job Role :
1. Manage incoming phone calls
2. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4. Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
5. Booking customers flight tickets and making sales.
Benefits :
1. US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off
2. Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month (Average incentive 10k to 50k in a month) apart from salary.
3. Training : 30 days paid training
4. Fixed Salary & On Time.
5. Home pickup or drop facility (depends upon the shift timings)
