JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Minimum experience of 06 months to 1+ year in Inbound Process are required.
- Candidates should have good communication skills (ENGLISH).
- Knowledge of CRM & Report Generation.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Any graduate/ Under graduate/Diploma.
- Experience in exposure to International Voice process (USA/UK/Australia ) can be an added advantage.
Salary for agents : 19 to 22K.
Night shift.
Location : Sing Sandra, Bengaluru.
