Job Description :
To be involved in business development, B2B sales, client relationship management, making and delivering presentations to promote the products of Company.
Roles:
- Making and Delivering Presentations and promoting products and its strategic partner People Metrics' range of consulting solutions depending on the Organizations' need (s)
- Achieving Revenue Target through business development activities by leading a team
- Connecting with the prospects / clients through various channels like One-to-One meeting, Phone Calls, email communication etc.
- Market Coverage & Expansion - Ensuring optimum Market coverage in the assigned territory and expanding the Client-Base by way of making new Clients/Users
- Product Promotion - Promoting various services by way of Up-selling and cross-selling
- Facilitating execution team on designing the approach note for consulting assignment
- Using Market Intelligence and secondary research for identifying new prospects
