Hiring for Social Media
Location: Mumbai
WFO
Immediate joiners preferred
- Well-versed Social Media platform performance such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and posting - 3 per day. Copy writing of Every post
- Monthly social media calendar and monthly promotional plan.
- Sending & Scheduling notifications per day and writing copies of the same (6 to 7 per day).
- Define clear objective and assign clear business objectives.
- Setting up clear expectations.
- Give detailed briefs about brand and TG.
- Regular communication to discuss progress and results.
- Monitor Performance Metrics and keep track of all the KPI's traffic, conversions, CTR etc.
- Sharing events list with Web & app team for implementation.
- Sharing the monthly GA report
- Testing of events GA, Fire base, GTM
- Manage BCCI & IPL CMS (in-house)
- Doing ON Page and Off Page Activities for SEO Ranking
- Finding keywords and implementing accordingly.
- Generating Backlinks for SERP ranking.
- Coordinating with Design and OAP team for promos and posts
- Staying updated about the latest social media trends.
- Collaborate with other teams, like content, product, distribution and customer service to come up with relevant content
- To be successful in this role the resource must be a social media enthusiast with media background, media lover, creative and passionate about work:
- Ability to understand what gains high engagement- on social media
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Knowledge of pop culture, latest trends
- Excellent copy writing skills
- Ability to interpret analytics
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computing/Communications/Business Management/ Marketing or relevant field
- 5+ years' experience in relevant field
- A good knowledge of cricket or a high-level sports eco-system
- Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
