Job description - Team Leader - Inbound/Outbound Sales US Process
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Candidate who can join Immediate will preferred We are looking for the one who Leads Team provides direction, and guidance to a team members.
- We have urgent requirement of team leader in our US inbound/Outbound sales process.
- Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering.
- The main purpose of this role is to lead a team of associates & Sr assocaites, delivering business critical projects whilst maintaining high morale,
- Managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner and ensuring all team targets are met as advice by management.
- As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent.
Criteria
- Should be able to work in US Shifts
- At least 1 to 5 yrs of experience as TL on papers
- Confident and good interpersonal skills
- 2 way cabs + 1 Time meal + 5 days working
- Salary Max - 50 in hand
