Job Summary:

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and overall performance of the center. The role involves managing staff, ensuring high service quality, driving business growth, maintaining compliance, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Administration

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the center.

- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient center functioning.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.

- Manage inventory, logistics, and other center resources.

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

- Drive enrollment/sales targets and ensure revenue growth.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.

3. Customer Service & Satisfaction

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback.

- Maintain excellent service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Build strong relationships with clients/customers.

4. Team Management & Leadership

- Supervise and motivate center staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.

- Maintain a positive work culture and ensure team alignment with company goals.

5. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry standards.

- Prepare and submit periodic reports on performance metrics, financials, and operational issues.

- Maintain proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in center management, retail, education, healthcare, or similar industries.

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant CRM/ERP tools.
