Job Summary :

IMS Learning Resources Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving walk-ins, developing partnerships with educational institutions, and promoting our training programs. This role requires a blend of strategic outreach, communication skills, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

- Student Engagement : Create walk-ins by reaching out to prospective students via phone calls and direct communication.

- Institutional Liaison : Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and other educational institutions to generate leads.

- Lead Generation & Enrolment : Handle inquiries, facilitate the enrollment process, and work towards meeting student enrolment targets.

- Promotional Initiatives : Develop and implement innovative marketing ideas and strategies for promotional activities.

- Database Management : Maintain a well-organized database of all institutional tie-ups and leads.

- Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed set targets for student enrollments.

- Travel Requirement : Travel within the assigned region for business development and outreach activities.

Requirements :

- Communication Skills : Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

- Counseling Ability : Should have the maturity and ability to counsel students and aspirants, including those with prior work experience.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills for assessing performance metrics and improving outreach strategies.

- Experience : Previous experience in business development, sales, or educational counseling is preferred.
