1. Should lead the team members.
2. Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
3. Ability to follow up with customers and team members and getting reports on daily basis.
4. Ability to set process between team members, increase the productivity.
5. Ability to lean new software.
6. Excellent communication ( written and oral) and interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with internal and external customer support professionally.
7. Respond to customer query and escalations.
8. Provide email/Chat support/Voice support to customer to reduce issues.
9. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
10. Should learn domain specific software, training will be given.
