This Implementation is a new and rapidly growing capability. It provides distinctive end-to-end support to enable their clients to deliver and sustain the full benefits of the changes to their business recommended by McKinsey. We are looking for consultants to join us in India.
Your role:
Implementation Coach/ Consultants are experienced consultants who support at consulting engagements in implementing their recommended strategies by working hands-on with senior management and frontline sales staff (e.g., conducting coaching sessions, facilitating workshops, implementing pilot projects). With a focus on sales and marketing engagements, they work on the ground to ensure that implementation success is given priority. They are responsible for coaching and delivering lasting outcomes.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred (from Tier 1 institutes)
- 3-10 years of frontline marketing and sales team management experience, especially customer experience, pricing, and sales
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal language skills.
- Comfortable with extensive travel (4 to 5 days/week).
