Position Overview:
- If you are an incredibly intelligent & a highly-motivated individual, excited to build a Rum business across India, juggle multiple work streams across numerous verticals and hone your leadership skills as you manage & mentor a bunch of junior execution teams, we want to hear from you
- As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for activating & driving sales, as well as taking charge of all marketing & brand-building initiatives of our Rum brand across both On-Premise and Off-Premise points of sale across the regions
- You will focus relentlessly on creative customer acquisition & relationship building initiatives to fuel the constant growth of our business
- You will ensure strong product visibility and other critical activities at all points of sale to continuously maximize brand awareness
- You will design trade schemes and supervise execution at various points of sale
- You will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing continuous stock flow of product to all points of sale as well as manage collection of payments, as required
- You will monitor competitor activities and propose appropriate competition strategies-
- You will manage, mentor and motivate your entire team to help achieve the Company's sales, marketing and brand building goals-
- You will also work hand-in-hand with our senior management team and various internal manufacturing, distribution, marketing and back-end support teams as well as interface directly with our customers and external sales, public relations, and communications teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience of Key Accounts Management both Off-trade and On-Trade, with a minimum 3 years of experience in working within the Alcoholic Beverages Industry
- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate
- Bachelors/Master's degree from a top-tier Indian or Global Institute
- Driven individual, with lots of ownership and dreams in her eyes
- Entrepreneurial spirit; highly collaborative; able to juggle competing deliverables
- Can handle high volume; flexible; doesn't fold under pressure; resourceful
