Customer Associates are responsible to handle end to end product enquires / requests / complaints via written communications. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, These professionals will be addressing issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

They require a thorough knowledge of the products and services, good oral and written skills, should demonstrate success in s customer service is required.

1. Good Communication & comprehension Skills

2. Ability to write, speak and understand in English & Hindi

3. The prospect needs to display customer service attitude, verbal skills which will be validated by SLA manager

4. Ability to comprehend & draft mails to prospects as per the scenarios.

5. Typing speed expectation of minimum 20 Words per minute & above.

a. Graduates or Undergraduate.

b. Minimal of 6 months experience in non-voice BFSI customer service sector

c. Should have worked for at least 6 months in lending process and worked on applications similar to Finnone or Pennant and other subsequent CRM application
