As the Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
What you will do?

Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving targets, with a deep understanding of sales techniques and principles.
- Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is well demonstrated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools, leveraging technology to enhance your sales effectiveness.
- Willingness to travel as required showcases your commitment to building and nurturing client relationships.
- Actively participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
