ImpactGuru - Senior Executive - Performance Marketing (2-7 yrs)
We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid advertising initiatives and contribute to full-funnel analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving results through digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute paid performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant ad platforms
- Conduct comprehensive full-funnel analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead ad hoc reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid performance marketing
- Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns on Meta and Google ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in full-funnel analysis
- Proficiency in ad hoc reporting and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with additional advertising platforms beyond Meta and Google
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
