Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter and goal-oriented team player with a - Can Do- attitude. Incumbent shall be able to multitask. He/She must have 3-6 years of relevant experience in Lead generation, Lead acquisition, play with numbers and should be able to identify issues and work to resolve them. People who want to be part of a Startup that is exciting and fast-paced, ready to take challenges and give new Ideas and come in and be part of the exciting venture!
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for meeting operational and business goals
- Business process mapping and Standardization of Process.
- Managed a large team of Customer support
- Monitor call metrics, track effectiveness in call time, quality and customer experience
- Planning and forecasting, appraise performance, problem resolution.
- Design and drive implementation of new cross-functional processes related to CRM
- Analyse operation data and suggested various improvements to the leads
- Leading -tele-sales & lead generation, B2B partnerships, BTL activities, sales campaigns / seminars.
- Continuously monitoring & training team to improve performance & conversions.
- Analyzing & sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands & competition to the marketing team
- Monitoring order handling and maintaining smooth functioning
- Process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals
- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
- Handle escalated issue resolution
- KPI reports for submission to executive management
