Impact Guru - Manager - Sales Training (2-5 yrs)

- Conduct 2 days mini induction training to the newly recruited Field Sales Representatives. Subsequently they are onboarded to field induction training program iLearn.

- Support the field force through effective interventions in building up the capabilities through 3x3 grid (i-develop) program designed for all employees in consultation with supervisors & support of Area Managers/ Zonal Managers.

- Weekly monitor the Field Coaching Summary in the designated geography and share the insights with Area Managers & their supervisors and also support Area Managers in their coaching process during JFW done by them, through observation, demonstration and by conducting COACH THE COACH sessions.

- Facilitate Area Managers in sustaining the impact of training provided to Field Sales Representatives through continuous on the job coaching; evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes imparted and document it.

- Provide training in local monthly meetings, as per the identified training needs.

- Send appropriate and relevant write ups / newsletters to the field for quick reference and effective application to local field force in a compliant way.

- Act in line with ethical standards, company procedures and PGHL way of management which includes PVP, WBCM and fundamentals and reinforce the field force this during field work and field team meetings.

OTHERS : 

- In coordination with area manager to identify and maintain a database of prospective candidates with complete details for use when in need to fill vacancies, interview prospective candidates and documents.

- Reference check to be carried out for the selected candidates

- Employment booklet for an interviewed candidate to be checked before sending to HO.

- Liaison with HR and HO to ensure the basic requirement of the new field employees are met in time, viz, appointment letter, employee I.D card, visiting card, detailing bag, etc.
