Job Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship management end to end managing transfers and inbound queries
- Attempting to contact potential clients via failure calling
- Responsible to create engagement on all social media & CRM Channels
- Thorough monitoring of all social media channels comments, reviews & blogs etc.
- Responsible to respond to customers/donors on CRM channels ( Email, Chat support, WhatsApp Support )
- Manage overall online customer communication
- Responsible to resolve issues faced on social media & CRM channels
- Lead generation through social media & CRM channels
- Communicate and increase the participation of the customer to fundraise on the platform
- Communicate with customers through series of actions ( either via phone calls, email or chats)
- Develop long-lasting relationships with the customers that exceed the company and customer experience
- Follow SOPs and adopt new processes
- Collaborating with multiple teams, understanding the process and seamless integrating sales & customer service
Desired Skills :
- Impeccable written & oral communication skills in English & Local Language
- Target oriented & hunger for personal growth and overall development
- Strong Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Should have worked in a team environment
- Ability to communicate to customers convincingly
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft tools (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)

Previous Achievements :
- Bachelor's Degree or HSC in any discipline
- 1 or 5 years of experience in sales executive, customer service executive, or operations associate
- Experience in handling customer calls
- Experience working on CRM's
