As an individual, you would have had some exposure to health insurance via policy bazaar, an agent who is generally a relative or your bank. Yet, you haven't bought it today. Why?

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Develop robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Qualify prospects
- Pipeline management
- Generate revenue and acquire customers
- Customer evaluation and procurement
- Account management
- Sales process management
- Evaluate client's needs, skills and build a productive long lasting relationship
- Accurate forecasting
- Help in benchmarking best practices for leading successful sales campaigns
- Develop repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
- Devise creative, - out-of-the-box- ideas and implement them
- Generate daily as well as monthly sales reports
- Expand and maintain client database

- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Experience working with CRM, sales techniques and pipeline management
- Proficient in using computers & MS Office tools
