Though we value an individual's experience, acumen and attitude most, a degree in business management, Mass communication, Marketing/ Brand management/ Journalism will sure earn you brownies.
2. An ideal candidate for this position:
- Typically has 5 or more years of experience with clients from FMCG, Auto, Agribusiness and Pharma sectors.
- Earlier experience of working in rural and activations
3. What will keep you busy here?
- You shall create new accounts, manage it and contribute in business generation
- To steer Impact's projects running in semi-urban and rural backdrops (pan India).
- Manage projects efficiently under looming deadlines by working directly with clients, planning team, operations, creative team and accounts.
- Supervise and check all deliverables and co-ordinate with vendors for production. Liaise with clients on proposals, project deliveries and post campaign analyses
- You are to overlook operational alignment, estimates, collaterals, fabrication, and creatives.
- In addition you will be need to ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day operations and co-ordinate
- To manage bunch of bright, young minds, guzzling with energy and ideas (sometimes the overload of which can make you run hills) and coordinate with similar herd sitting in Delhi head office.
