2. An ideal candidate for this position:

- Typically has 1 or more years of experience with clients from FMCG, Auto, Agribusiness and Pharma sectors.

- Earlier experience of working in rural and activations

- Is open to travel & be on ground

- Analyze performance of ground team; basis the reports assimilated

3. What will keep you busy here?

- Micro manage & coordinate with ground team

- Travel to activity locations

- Manage projects efficiently under looming deadlines by working directly with clients, planning team, operations, creative team and accounts.

- To adhere to all deliverables and co-ordinate with vendors for production. Keep in touch with clients on proposals, project deliveries and post campaign analyses

- To participate in operational alignment, estimates, collaterals, fabrication, and creatives.

- In addition you will be need to ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day operations and co-ordinate

- Day on day monitoring & tracking the promoter performance
