The impact that you will be making-
We are looking for an ambitious SaaS Marketing Manager (SMM) to join our growing team in India. As SMM, you will collaborate with the internal stakeholders to create compelling content to tell our clients about our SaaS product suite, to have the maximum impact. You will work closely with our management team and our product & analytics teams to translate complex technical concepts and features of our SaaS products into inspiring product positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
What this role entails-
- Go To Market Execution & Sales Enablement:
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform the overall strategic positioning of the product.
- Work with our product teams to develop unique product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience
- Build buyer personas to provide structure and prospect info for our BD team
- Develop enabling collateral for all stages of the sales cycle
- Work cross-functionally with both the sales and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Content Management :
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market, in liaison with our product teams
- Own and create content (e.g. data sheets, infographics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, sales decks, product videos, blog posts) to articulate the benefits of our product to the market
Digital presence :
- Manage and refine Impact Analytics- social media presence
- Increase our products- social, digital and events presence and visibility
- Implement ad campaigns in liaison with our SEO team
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions
- Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
What lands you in this role :
- 4-6 years of experience in product marketing roles in the enterprise software (SaaS) space
- Understanding of the dynamics and customer journey in enterprise B2B companies
