iMocha - Sales Executive (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely renewals in an assigned territory including:
- Create Quotes and Proposals, including responding to RFPs
- Identify Upsell and Cross-sells and transfer leads to account mining team for top-tier opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and - Partners as needed throughout the renewal process.
- Inform customers on contractual implications and ensure customer awareness and understanding of Interview Mocha's portfolio of capabilities.
- Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
- Work with various departments across the organization to advocate for the customer and work together to resolve any issues.
- Manage a pipeline through your prospects commitments
- Accurately forecast monthly quarterly, and annual opportunities in territory via HubSpot and other systems, as required
- Work closely with the Sales head for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally and in writing
- Uncover accounts which may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
Qualifications
- 2+ years- experience with product sales and/or renewing contracts
- Graduate with computer background
- Experience in negotiating contracts/pricing with a successful record of closing sales deals
- Effective at organization and prioritization
- Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.
- Prior experience of HubSpot CRM and Ticketing tools will be an added advantage
