IMDS Solutions - Manager - Sales (3-5 yrs)
Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge software solutions designed for insurance brokers. Your primary role will be to develop and execute sales strategies, build lasting client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to target insurance brokers effectively.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance brokers.
- Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for management.
- Adjust strategies based on market trends, feedback, and data insights.
Market Knowledge
- Stay informed about the insurtech industry, competitors, and emerging trends.
- Leverage insights to position the company as a leading solution provider for insurance brokers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurtech, SaaS, or insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of insurance brokers' business processes and pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
