Job Responsibilities/Roles :
- Responsible for driving overall topline of over $1m and maintaining P&L margins
- Running the domestic and international online sales effort across the firm
- Tracking conversion rates at each stage and optimizing the sales funnel
- Manage a team of over 10 highly motivated individuals selling online programs
- Owing the lead utilization process and accountable for optimal lead usage
- Responsible for planning the lead mix and marketing budgetary control
Key Skills / Prerequisites :
- Worked in a competitive outbound sales environment
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
- Self-motivated individual with a result-oriented work style
- Decision-making ability and process-driven
- Past experience or general awareness of finance/analytics sectors is preferred
