- Imarticus Learning is a private education company that specializes in Investment Banking & Data Analytics education. Headquartered in Mumbai, Imarticus has classroom and online delivery capabilities across India at Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad and Jaipur.

- Imarticus Learning offers short courses in various domains in finance and analytics. Their finance courses include investment banking, corporate finance, while their analytics courses include courses such as SAS, and R programming.

- Imarticus also offers online programs in both finance and analytics domains including courses in SAS, R Programming, Python, and Data Visualization. It also started its workshops in 2016 called Imarticus Management Development Programs, which are 2 day interactive sessions attended by senior management. These workshops normally have expert trainers that are industry recognized.

- This is an opportunity to work as a Career Counselor with a leading Investment Banking and Data Analytics Learning Center.

- The job will include interacting with students, counseling them on various Investment Banking and Data Analytics roles and registering them for Imarticus Learning's online & Offline courses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion

- Providing counselling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents

- Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates

- Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates

- Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance

- Ensure that Center targets are at a level to meet overall objectives of the organization

- Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target

- Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation

- Should be comfortable working on Weekends

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Demonstrated strategic ability

- Excellent oral and written communication

- High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management

- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels

- Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face)

- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers

- Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
