Imarticus Learning - Career Advisor/Education Counselor (2-6 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion.
- Providing counseling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents.
- Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates.
- Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process.
- This involves follow-up calls to the visited candidates.
- Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance.
- Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet the overall objectives of the organization.
- Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
- Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation
Skills Required :
- Demonstrated strategic ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels.
- Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face).
- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers.
- Strong in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
