Job Description :
Strategic research to understand the relevant market and business challenges aligned with the subject area of each business activity Responsible for generating revenue through the sale of various media activity like events, print and digital medium by targeting precise companies, organizations, and associations Making certain number of calls to meet daily KPIs, to be set by the Organization Engaging with clients on the phone, personal meeting, (Online, social media ) and developing lasting relationships.( It includes travel for meetings in the city, region ) Attend daily/weekly sales update meetings and business planning meetings as required Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence, and face-to-face meetings as tools to meet and exceed the budgeted target for each activity Strong networking skills to connect with decision makers through various social platforms Achieving monthly and overall revenue targets Strategic research and develop a list of potential clients for each activity Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (though varied and relevant channels ) Keep precise records of conversations with all clients and maintain the database. Key KRA will be increase client base in the region.
Working with the marketing department to convert inbound sales enquiries into leads
Requirement :
- Working experience in a media company
- Experience in B2Bsales in a media company (is an advantage) Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills ( In English ) Experience in lead research, lead generation and cold calling Experience in event industry (for sponsorship sales) would be an added advantage
