Imageo Media - Client Servicing & Studio Manager (2-5 yrs)
Role Description
Client Servicing and Studio Manager: This role involves on-site management for our design studio in Mumbai. This full-time position will entail interacting with clients, handling service and quality assurance, managing design operations, and maintaining an MIS to generate weekly and monthly reports.
Responsibilities: -
- Manage studio,
- Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.
- Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.
- Understanding the client's needs and the internal resources available throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients.
- Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with the client & production team, following all steps to ensure the project stays on track.
- Work with the creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research, ability to share & constantly learn new technology.
- Provide Excellent customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion..
Duties include
- Receive, coordinate & assign client's requests.
- Quality assurance including proofreading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates
- Managing timelines
- Generating and presenting change orders
- Providing clients with timely updates and status
- Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning
- Update and share job status reports with client
